You can attach the ceiling hook to both wooden and concrete ceiling. In a wooden ceiling, you can just tighten the bracket. However, we recommend to predrill with M6. In a concrete ceiling, you need to insert a plug (not supplied). When the punching bag is too high because of a high ceiling, buy a piece of chain on the DIY shop to hang between the chain of the punching bag and ceiling hook.
